You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Any transaction or activity carried out through your account will be considered as performed by you. If you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach, notify our support team immediately. bidi baji reserves the right to verify account information at any time.
By using bidi baji, you confirm that you will use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. Operating an account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform will result in permanent account closure.
You are required to treat all other users on the platform with respect. Involvement in harassment, fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity will result in legal action. bidi baji reserves the right to take any necessary steps to protect the safety and integrity of the platform, including suspending or terminating accounts.
Copying, modifying, or distributing the platform's content, design, or functionality without authorization is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engage in hacking activities is a punishable offence under cybersecurity law.
All financial transactions on bidi baji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For deposits and withdrawals, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment method may result in account suspension.
KYC identity verification is mandatory before withdrawals can be processed. Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Any attempt to make fraudulent payments or initiate chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the associated funds.

Bidi baji's maximum liability for any loss arising from technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues on the platform will be limited. We shall not be held responsible for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will always endeavor to restore services as quickly as possible.
All content on the bidi baji platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is protected by our intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any part of this content without authorization is strictly prohibited. We bear no responsibility for content found on third-party links or external websites.
Bidi baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account if a user violates these Terms. Upon closure, any legitimate balance remaining in the account will be refunded; however, bonuses and promotional credits will be forfeited. Users will generally be notified before account closure, though immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations.
Users may also request to close their account at any time. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be settled in Bangladeshi courts. bidi baji will update these Terms as needed, and changes will take effect upon publication — we therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.
